Wahx...
So fast CNY le..
Thinking back about 2 months ago is just new year..
Time really pass very fast..
This few days im so so so busy,
busy till i got no time to update my blog..
Now my dear is complaining liaoz.
lols..
Cos of CNY..
I went to dear house to make some CNY biscuits..
Its was my 1st year spending CNY with my dear now..
Feeling is so damn nice and xin fu..
Making of biscuits is also over in dear house.
We spend alot of time together making, baking and lots of other things.
1st day we make the pork floss crackers.
2nd day is the shrimp paste crackers,
3rd day Kueh Bangkit,
4th and 5th day is Pineapple tarts..
We follow the recipe and do step by step.
Pork floss is what i have been doing for years ago,
so we got no problem in that..
Shrimp paste is nice except that is too salty,
as the shrimp nv really wash off the salt,
then dear jiu fried with chili le.
But its still alright,
cos i like the taste and the biting of shrimp taste.
Well..
For kueh bangkit..
I got a online recipe for the kueh bangkit and turn out to be a fail product.
Lucky dear's mum got her own recipe for that,
and so we still have the successful kueh bangkit product for dear.
Purposely make alot of heart shape design for dear..
Donno whether did he realize that.
hehehez.
Last one..
The pineapple tart..
Process was quite easy to make.
Follow dear's mum receipe,
making the dough and the pineapple filling..
Steps by steps and i learnt alot of things from his mum.
Like seeing the temperature,
the colour of the biscuits whether izzit cooked already anot.
This kind of things is somehow hard to learn if nobody wanna teach u.
But im lucky enough to get to learn something.
hehehehz.
my 1st time baking and i got so much knowledge from dear and his mum.
We baked quite alot of pineapple tarts till i tink got more than 7 containers.
Pass 1 container of pork floss and 1 container of pineapple tart to MP,
and she say is nice..
She even suggested we can make and sell next year..
Actually i tink its not a bad idea,
but donno we have enough time to make anot.
lols.
Can consider next year.
Hor dear?
We make and sell and earn some money.
Another way of earning money but this one will need to take up our time.
This is what we had been doing for the past few days.
There is some more in dear's house,
just that i didnt manage to take pics of it.
Half day work today,
starting from 11am to 4pm..
Met up with dear for breakfast and im late.
lols..
Reach woodlands at 1030am while dear already reached for quite sometime le.
Went up to store to look for dear as he is standing outside my shop waiting for me.
Helped him charge his hp before we went for our breakfast.
Had long john breakfast again and this time round is freaking long queue.
Seats also quite hard to find but we still manage to get it.
Dear went to order and we waited for around 15-30mins for it.
Take so long just to make breakfast,
and alot of ppl is getting impatiently for it.
I tink they should have scheduled more ppl to work in the morning,
instead of letting so many ppl waiting for it.
After breakfast..
Went to cold storage to look for my shampoo,
seeing the queue make me don even feel like buying it.
So we give up the idea of buying and we proceeded to Courts.
Feel so excited while walking up..
Cosssssssss??
My Dear is getting me a ipad!!
wooohoooo..
My advanced Vday present,
1st time i received such a expensive present for Vday.
See see and look look around till i donno which one i wanna get it.
Asked dear for suggestion and he started his this and that nonsense again!!!
ROAR!
making me more confused over my decision.
After much consideration,
we decided to buy the new Ipad 4th generation.
Due to the size of the screen, the processor of the ipad.
Its more worth than getting a ipad mini.
Asked for the assistance and we went to pay.
Installment for 12 months and dear will be paying for it.
WOOOOOOOT!!
IM REALLY VERY HAPPY TODAY!!
My Ipad.
End work at 4pm and accompany Rita to go Breadtalk.
She buying her breakfast for tmr as most of the shop will not be opened.
After that MRT back home..
Its was raining when im on my way back home.
Have to walk 1 big round to minimize the rain that i will kana.
Reached home at 520pm then ate some curry that my mum cooked.
she only cook curry once in a year which is only in CNY.
missed her curry so much!!
Rest and nap awhile after eating.
Cos my eye is closing after i finished washing my plates.
Told dear about it and he ask me go slp too.
So i did..
Wake up at 9pm to have our reunion dinner,
dad say eating steamboat that time,
but in the end we didnt eat any steamboat at all..
Mum cooked our reunion dinner.
But its still okays.
Cos so long is 1 family sitting down to eat together,
eating wat also nvm.
Bathed and whatsapp dear but he no reply.
Know that he fall asleep le.
Didnt disturb his slp as i know he is very tired also le.
Continue doing my things and then the time strike 12am.
Wished dear and after awhile,
he reply me le.
He awake. lols..
Chat awhile and asked about program for tmr..
Decided to go for movie Ah boy to men part 2,
dear booked tickets at 935pm.
Helped mum to pack ang bao for tmr,
and then my turn to do my nails.
Not really very happy my nails cos its somehow look ugly for my right hand. =.=
hope no ppl will really go see.
After my nails is done,
its the open ceremony for my Ipad!
wowww.
My ipad!!!
SLowly take out and paste the screen protector on it,
then i see see and find that the screen protector suck,
cos its is spoil one.
kns lo..
Use it tempo first then start work buy again.
hehehehehz.
Done setting up my ipad le,
just that need to sync my ipad with my itunes.
then everything is done.
woooooohooooo.
I cant slp le!!
lols..
But i still have to slp now.
Cos is already 630am le.
Later i gonna nag by dear liaoz le.
I go slp now le.

Ty for this expensive Vday present.
I will take very good care of it cos its bought by u.
I really love this present very much!!
U always there spoiling me,
and i feel so blessed to have u.
